Centenary Celebrations
Friday (13th March) was exactly 100 years to the day since the first sod of land was cut for the building of our school. 2010 will herald the start of our Centenary celebrations. Look out for details coming soon!

Our website had had a revamp!
Please enjoy exploring the various sections of our site. You can read all the latest news, get up to date information, and find out what our classes have been doing with many excellent examples of our work.
Take a break in our playground, have fun in our newly revised Kids Zone, or take a school tour or just leave us a message.
The staff at Anderton Primary have been excited by the potential of the the World Wide Web, and we have created sections on this site for children to practice some basic skills online; for parents to gain information to support their children's learning and to involve themselves in the life of the school, and for teachers to share knowledge and materials.

The school underwent a full inspection by Ofsted (the Office for Standards in Education) in December 2007 and we are proud of our achievements. You can access the full report by following the link above - this will take you to a new website.
